Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
After furious head scratching, Kelsey asked:
The Hotmail account, being a WebDAV (HTTP) account will, of course, keep
messages for Hotmail in a separate PST. The other two accounts, if they're
IMAP, will also keep separate messages stores. If, however, they're
Exchnage or POP accounts, they'll share a sing;e PST and you can use rules
to separate the incoming messages to separate folders based on receiving
account.

The domain of the SMTP server you're trying to use doesn't match the domain
of the ISP, I suspect. Many ISPs won't allow you to relay. Use your ISP's
SMTP server and provide its username/password credentials when trying to
send.

1. Create new pst's for each additional email account, and renaming them as
well, other than the one you already have set up as your default.
2. Either a) set up an inbox on each of the new pst's and create rules to
farm emails from your specific account into the relevant inbox, or b) (which
is what i find works far better, but more laborious) set up subfolders of the
new inboxes and create rules according to sender.
Hope that helps!
