Nope. Outlook leaves it blank.
What you can do is do a Mail Merge rather than BCCing the recipients. Search
Help for 'Mail Merge' for the steps. That way everyone gets a message addressed
just to themselves.

I would also add a phrase in the Subject Line:, so that you can create a
rule based on the Subject: Line, that will place these newsletters in a
separate folder, when its sent back to you. Or you just have the rule to
delete the message if you are already saving the original message in the
SentItems or another folder in Outlook.
