How do I get out of safemode when opening outlook?

when signing into outlook, I always get the MS has encountered a problem,
then I hit don't send report. I then comes up with Outlook failed to open
correctly last time. Starting to open in safe mode will help correct or
isolate a startup problem in order to successfully to start the program.
Some functionality may be disabled in this mode. Do you want to start
outlook in safe mode? I have to say yes to get into outlook.

Let it start in safe mode, then open the COMS Add-ins and Add-In Manager
dialogs and disable all the add-ins you see. Then try starting Outlook
normally.
