can i check my hotmail mail in outlook

hi

i have outlook 2003 setup in a exchange 2003 environment.is there any way
that i can check my hotmail account's e-mail in outlook or outlook express.
it is quite annoying to evrytime log onto the internet first and then check
my mail

or am i pushing my luck here with microsoft.......

i assume, i need to upgrade and can't do it with the free hotmail
accounts.if i'm wrong please correct me! thanks
