Can I undelete items that were deleted from a Personal Folder?

I deleted a folder that was archived in my Personal Folders. Is there any way
to get it back? It isn't appearing in the deleted items folder or in the OS
recycle bin. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is there a + beside your Deleted Items folder? If there is, that's where your
folder went. Click the + sign to see what is there as a subfolder to Deleted
Items.

This would be the Deleted Items in your personal folder.
If you emptied that Deleted Items folder, try this method of recovery:
