i am trying to set up outlook on my pc. laptop was recently stolen. keep
getting this message: "cannot open default email folders. An unexpected error
has occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. Be
sure service is installed and configured" I click ok outlook closes. anyone
have an idea how to fix?

msncon = Outlook Connector which connects to Homail/live accounts. Uninstall
it and reinstall it - if you don't have the most recent copy (released
within the last month or so), download it.
