How can I see my Hotmail in my Outlook?

I have added my Hotmail account to my Outlook 2003, but I can´t see any mail.
All folders are empty. When I click send and receive comes out the following
message:
La tarea 'Hotmail: Carpeta:Bandeja de entrada Sincronizando encabezados.' ha
notificado el error (0x800CCCF7) : 'El servidor respondió 'This operation is
not permitted for this type of client.'. '
Can you help me?

You need to use the Outlook Connector, available from Microsoft, to access
Hotmail.
