You would need the paid for version of Hotmail if you wanted to use OL in
conjunction, and then it may depend on the version of Outlook

Install the Outlook Connector so that Outlook can access the Hotmail
account. This will add the Hotmail folders to your Folder List in Outlook.
You can then drag-and-drop the contents of the Hotmail folders to folder in
your Personal Folders.
