I don't know what happened or how, but when I try to logon to my work Outlook
account from home, I type my user name and passworde and hit enter. The
letters: AD/ show up in front of my username and then it denies me access,
because it is not my username.

MY IT guy at work told me to delete the forms in the Option area and I did.
The AD/ still shows up and denies me entry.

I think this started when I was using an Auto Fil form, but I rebooted the
computer and didn't use that and the AD/ still pops up.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks

AD could be a reference to the name of your local computer or to the domain
name of the server your connecting to. It's impossible to say from the
information provided and we can only guess at this point.

Include at least;
-your version of Outlook (Help-> About)
-type of mail account (POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Outlook Connector,
Exchange, other...?)
-any errors in their exact wording as they are presented to you.
