how to sync nokia 6220 classic mobile phone with outlook

Have tried everything but I hav no idea how to sync my nokia phone with
outlook, not just contacts but my calander as well. Can anyone help me please

As Outlook is a "sleeping" partner in any synchronising process, you need to
consult the User Manual and/or tech support for your phone.
