You can easily change the Plain Text font here: Tools menu > Options > Mail
Format > Fonts. You may also be able to effect some change by changing the
International font settings also in that dialog

I don't mean plain text fonts - I mean the font size that is used in the
Reading Pane eg. in the Outlook Inbox

Dear,
Are u talking about Navigation Pane view - Try this
right click on desktop, properties, Appearance, In the active windows click
on normal, change the font size. But this will have an effect on all your
windows+application.

Define "reading pane" and "inbox" - reading pane is the large window on the
far right (or bottom in older versions). "inbox" is the message list - you
can adjust those sizes and colors using autoformatting.
