I have a user who is attempting to send an email to someone and when
he puts the address in the TO box and clicks send the email 'sends'
and closes. Looking in his sent items folder the email shows up but
there is nothing in the TO column. When you open the email there is
also a missing TO field which would normally show who the email was
addressed to. It doesn't happen to all mails that are sent. It seems that it
happens absolutly random. How do I make sure that the address is shown in the
sent items folder? It is in Outlook 2003 SP2 with Windows XP SP2 and a
Exchange 2003 server.

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP. After I send emails to different
people, the names are missing from the "To" column. The column is not
missing and not all the names are missing - just some of the names.

Is there any way to get it back or to prevent this from happening again.
Please help, it is really annoying to remember who the email was send too.

I found out that when you install the Office Service Pack 2 the problem is
solved. Hope that solves the problem for you to.

Good luck!
