Outlook IMAP clients

I have a Cisco VMO IMAP client integrated into outlook. I would look
the default of the IMAP client to use the exchange account. The
account button has a drop down of all available accounts to send e-mail
from/through. Is their an INI or a registry key that I can change or
write that will allow this to happen?
