Outlook show disconnected

Recently my outlook often show disconnected, it happen when i using wireless
to connect at company (for meeting) then i plug in the LAN cable when i go
back my place, the outlook will directly show disconnected. Even when i make
it "work offline" then make online again, it still continue showing
"Disconnected".
I have search online for similar problem, and try out many ways
- release my ip address and renew
- disable the network connection and connect back
- using the command outlook.exe /rpcdiag
- edit the registry key
and finally i find after i restart my pc, it will become normal (but this
not always work, sometimes even need to restart for few times) and it is
wasting my time.
I know from other forum this issue is related with something call MAPI and
there is a microsoft patches release to fix this problem.
So is anyone know how to solve this issue ? or anyone know where can i find
this patches??? Please help, thanks
