Is there a way to attach a note to an incoming email?

I have a business that recieves many emails from customers & it would be
helpful if there was a way to attach a note to the emails they send to us. I
do use files to organize the emails & I am aware of flags, but really would
like to be able to have a note attached to the email.

There isn't a good solution you can link Notes with email or edit the
message toad a note, along with journal.and there are one or two apps that
add notes, but neither is as good as I'd like.
