search folders: find items w/ category1 AND category2

I would like to set up a search folder which displays items only if they are
assigned 2 (or more) specified categories. So far, I could only configure
search folder in a way that items that meet ANY of the selected categories
show up.

(the idea is to use categories instead of folders, thus avoiding the
hierarchical structure where sometimes you are not sure which place to store
the item)
