I need to copy multiple contacts from outlook to my new outlook web access
account (on the same pc). What is the easiest way to do this?

If you have Outlook an a PC, why do you need to use Outlook Web Access? OWA
is merely a web interface into your Exchange mailbox. Outlook also access
that same mailbox so anything you see in Outlook should also be available in
OWA if your delivery location is the Exchange server.
