How can I stop Outlook 07 closing down when window minimized?

I have recently installed Office 07 Ultimate. I have a problem with Outlook
shutting down every time I minimize its window - is this a known issue? Has
anyone else experienced it?

Are you sure it is actually shutting down and not minimizing to the systray?
Start outlook, right click on the Outlook icon in the systray and see if
Hide when minimized is checked.
