Outlook 2003 - disappearing emails?

One of the users in my office said he hasn't received any emails
today.
I sent a couple to him as a test & when hitting send & receive on his
computer, it showed as receiving the two emails, but they were no
where to be found!
Not in inbox, junk mail, no where.
Where could they be going?

Search revealed nothing!
User does have a bleckberry set up with this account & outlook
settings was set to not leave a copy on server, so I wondered if BB
was getting them & taking it off the server.
Changed the setting & will watch it...
