I am having a problem with my Microsoft office outlook 2003. I have been
using this since my computer was new with no problems. Suddenly I am getting
an error that says"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close." When it shuts down it will come back up again but
immediately get the same message"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close." Does anyone know a phone number I can call to
get help in the US?

I tryed the 1st suggestion "Try running scanpst.exe on your Personal Folder.
By default scanpst.exe can be found here;
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<locale ID>" but I do not know
which file to scan or where it is???

Search your harddisk for pst-files. Make sure you include hidden files and
folders when searching.
