I think the easiest way is, to click on the "Top of Personal Folder", this
is normally the "Outlook Today" folder.
Right mouseclick/Properties of Outlook Today
Click here on "Homepage" and deactivate the flag "Homepage of this
folder....."
Now click on "apply" and close the "properties" window.
You can see all items, that are stored in this folder and you can move the
email to another folder.
To get back the Outlook Today page, select the flag again under: Right
mouseclick/Properties of Outlook Today
Click here on "Homepage" and activate the flag again.
Maybe it helps.

A user I assist has misplaced lots of emails. When we perform a search we see that those emails are in the "top of personal folder" location.
I disabled the "homepage" feature but only 5 emails were shown, and lots are still missing. Search still indicates that those emails are in the "top of personal folders location"
Could you please help me?
Regards!!
BTW: It's for outlook 2002

I was just talking to him, we managed to find the lost emails, I believe that it was sort of a misunderstanding and that he was misplacing the emails himself...
So far so good... the problem seems solved, thanks for your help!!
