I travel frequently and it is helpful to my email recipents to know where I am located. Currently when I construct an email I type my current location, current date, and current day at the top of the email e.g.

From Somewhere USA
8/13/09
Thurdsday

Can via VBA a series of combo/text/list boxes be displayed where I can pick the location, date and date, without physically typing it into every email?

Outlook 2003.

Probably, post to a outlook vba group (the date is allready included in the
mail header)
