I am trying to add my contacts folder into my address book in Outlook 2000. I
have done the following of right-clicking on the contact folder and selecting
proporties, I then select the Outlook Address book tab, on this page there is
a check box to 'how this folder as an email address book', however, on my
screen it is disabled and 'greyed' out. Can anyone help please!!

Post your mail support mode. If you're running IMO mode, then the Outlook
Address Book is enabled by default and can't be disabled. If you are running
Corp/Workgroup, you must add the Outlook Address Book Service to your
profile.
