Outlook Express 6-viewing attachments

I cannot view attachments. The paperclip is there, I can
see the attachment, but it will not let me open it. Help?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
