Help with sending a calendar

I have two people in my office on the same wide area network. They see
clients every day and they don't always see the same clients. I would like to
have an automated way of comparing clients .Every day at the end of the day
it would be nice to send the calendar from the one worker to the other worker
so they can compare clients. Is there a way to do this in outlook
automatically

Should I just post the calendar daily to an office live website
Any ideas would be most appreciated

If they are on an Exchange network, share their Calendar so each can see the
other's Calendar.
