emails wont archive in microsft outlook 2007 running in windows 7

i am unable to archive emails in microsft outlook 2007 running in
windows 7. all settings in options and under auto archive are correct.
the task bar indicates that it is archiving for a few seconds but when
i go into the archive folders they are all empty. i have checked the
folders under c:/users/luke/appdata/local/microsoft/outlook and the
archive folder is there but the file size is 265kb...

can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Archive works on modified date, if the modified date is prior to your
archive settings then nothing will be archived

Not prior, subsequent; i.e., newer.

In Outlook, open Help and look for "Add or remove fields in the view".

Dear Freinds


Can u help me solve this problem .. i need to get all my old archieve items
back into my yahoo account ..since all emails got deleted from yahoo ..as
soon as it came into outlook ..but i need all my mails back into
yahoo..Please help me how to restore all my old mails back to my yahoo
account from outlook whr it is now present ..

Unfortunately, what you want to do is not possible. One you have deleted
messages from a POP server they cannot be put back. If you wanted them to
stay on the server, you should have configured the account to leave them
there.
