Is there such a thing? I bought the 2007 home and student edition without
realizing outlook was not in it. Is there a way to add or upgrade the 2003
version without paying another $100???

No. They don't offer upgrade versions of the individual apps.

Outlook is only sold as a full version. No upgrades ever existed.

You can install outlook 2003 only from your Office 2003 cd, you wont be able
to use Word as the outlook editor, I'm unsure if there would be any other
probs.
