Every time I use Outlook this silly icon pops up in my tray. When I click on
it I get this message asking if I want to participate in the Customer
Experience Improvement Program. I select "no" and the icon disappears only to
reappear the next time I send/receive mail. Microsoft did not give this
Office Suite away. We have to purchase it and so we should not have to put up
with these types of annoyances.

Try going to Help | Customer Feedback Options in Outlook and turning off
CEIP there.

Click Help>Customer Feedback Options, select "No I don't wish to
participate", and click OK.
