Possible to rearrange your attachments in an email before sending?

Here in our office, we have come up with a small problem. We will place
attachments in an email and then realize we want the attachments in a
different order than they were attached. Is there a way to rearrange the
order of your emails WITHOUT having to start the attachments from start and
assure they are in order? Is there a way to organize the order before
sending?
