As i have great difficulty in seeing the differance between the colours grey
and white i often miss emails that in some instances are very important!! if
it was possible to change the From: row to another colour e.g Blue or Red i
could see directly from whom i have just recieved an email.. as i often
receive email , between 20 - 40 every hour it takes me more time to find the
new ones than reading and replying!! please make it possible to change the
colour..

What version of Outlook do you use? You can do all kinds of stuff in
OL2003 - you can easily view unread messages in any folder (using a search
folder). In many versions, you can also set up rules so that messages from X
or containing Y are colored red or blue or taupe, should you wish.

Use the Customize feature to color the headers of incoming mail based on
your criteria.
