I am buying a new laptop and buying outlook 2007. I would like to transfer
all of my folders, sent items, contacts ect. Basically have everything the
way it is now but on a new computer and 2007. Is this possible? I would hate
to start all over.

MS has a tool 'Transfer Settings?' that 's designed just for that. You'll
need to google around for it.
