Add the advanced toolbar under View, Toolbars. You should be able to change
the view from that toolbar, it will offer you a dropdown menu of views.
Close Outlook, rename the outcmd.dat file to outcmd.dat_old and then restart
Outlook.
Close Outlook, and open it using the /cleanviews switch (start, run, type
in: outlook.exe /cleanviews or outlook /cleanviews)
Good luck, let everyone know how it turns out. If you fix the problem,
certainly let us know what worked.
