data file stuck in outbox

I have been trying all day so send an email from Quickbooks (pdf file 12kb)
It is still sitting in the outbox even though I have sent and recieved many
other pieces of mail today.
I have generated the invoice from another computer running outlook 2003
sent it to me, it worked fine. it came right into my inbox. But when I try
to forward this it sits in the outbox again. (my computer running outlook
2007 )
This is so frustrating I need it to have my address on it to get paid..../
