Click the Start button with the windows logo, Select Programs, Select
Accessories,
click on Clipboard viewer.

I don't have CLipboard Viewer in Accessories/Programs in XP. Can I get it
back?

That's a Windows question. Add Clipboard Viewer in Control Panel>Add or
Remove Programs>Add/Remove Windows ComponentsAccessories and
Utilities>Accessories
