Now this might stirr the kettle but REALLY! C'mon Microsoft and Bill Gates, I
mean really, Have we, the paying customers, not lined your pockets with not
just gold, but platinum by now? If so, then just someone tell me WHYYYYY is a
company so rich and so powerful and so advanced and the proven leader in
office solutions, Why can't they make the contact lists at least compatable.
I have to do a circus act and then a sideshow just to get some of the
informatioin to copy to Outlook. I have years of Hotmail contact information
and categories stored, that Good old outlook cant seem to extract. HELLLPPP!
Bill Gates your bleeding me dry!!!!

hotmail is webbased and outlook only supports limited features in some web
based accounts. However, if you subscribe to either msn or MOOL, you can
sync the contacts using the outlook connector.

I am having a similar problem. I have very rich data files in Outlook 2003
and when I launch Outlook and MOOL something strange happens and some of my
contacts disappear, some of the names do not come over correctly (especially
if I have a name like "John and Jane" as the first name. Also, business
names either come back to Outlook with a blank title or the business name has
been turned into a first and last name. Also, some of my notes within the
Outlook contacts are not coming over. Luckily I backed up my contacts file
but this is making things difficult for me. I love the product but this is a
huge problem for me and my business.

Thanks for any help!
