Sending Report Error 0x8004010A

I lost my inbox a couple of days ago. I've tried to recover it but don't seem
to be able to do that. My sent emails are intact as are my contacts. The
calendar is blank.
When I try to send an email I get the message; "sending reported error
(0x8004010A); The operation cannot be performed because the object has been
deleted".

I have deleted my email accounts and re-installed them. When doing this the
test shows that I have access to my email accounts.
Please help!

Have you been able to come up with a resolution? I am having the same
problem and can find no help.
