How do i configure rules to send all messages in (foreign lauguange) Spanish
to a seperate folder? I get tons of messages from my office in Argentina and
I would like a way to organzie them.

You can't but you can approach this by creating a rule that has the
condition "with specific words in the body or subject" and use commonly used
Spanish words as the "specific words" part.
