For Outlook Express support, you'll want to ask in the
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general newsgroup. You'll also want to
include information about what type of mailserver you're connecting to
(pop3, IMAP, Hotmail). Likely, the answer is simply going to be 'Check the
box that says to leave a copy of the mail on the server, or see if you can
get IMAP access to your mailbox.'

Since you're also using the web based newsreader rather than outlook
express, you might want to use
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
(or, since you're using Outlook Express for mail, look at the steps in
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/columns/newsgroups101.mspx for
how to set up OE to use the microsoft newsgroup server).

Try a Sync software, like BestSync (www.download.com). I've used, and works
great. Reliable, affordable.
Hope it helps

Easy to do if you select "Leave mail on server" on at least one or both of
the computers. Just remember to remove after X days.
