I've used webmail on exchange for the past few months (I think it's
Exchange 2003). I've always accessed my e-mail through the web - but
now I have Outlook 2002 installed, I want to download it to my PC. I've
tried to configure it using the same settings I use to access my e-mail
through exchange on the web. It doesn't work - says 'cannot find
server'. Could someone please point me in the direction where I will
find instructions on how to set up outlook to do this? I have searched
the web but so far Ive failed to find answers - some of the same
questions, but no answer.

If you do this, it will no loinger be available using OWA. You're better
off leaving the mail on the server.

Ask your mail administrators. They should be able to tell you if it's even
possible. Your company must support VPNs or have Exchange enabled for RPC
over HTTP.
