How do I delete duplicate emails in Outlook?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and have had to restore some mailboxes from backup for
each month over the past year. When restoring these mailboxes, I noticed
there are a lot of duplicates for almost every email in the box. I need to
know if it is possible to delete these duplicate emails without manually
reading/deleting each one.
