How can I access my outlook via the internet? Do I need a special program to
do so?

Wrong way. You use Outlook, or some other e-mail client, to reach your
mailbox. So either you need Outlook or other e-mail client installed in
multiple locations that you configure to access your mailbox, you use
their webmail interface via e-mail, you use Outlook Web Access (OWA)
which is using your browser to connect to your work's Exchange server
from the Internet, or whatever client supports whatever protocols your
mailbox supports.

For e-mail, remove "NIX" and add "#LAH" passcode to Subject.

Sorry, I was not clear in my description of what I am trying to do or maybe I
just do not understand? I have outlook already running on my computer and
set up to retrieve emails. That is working fine. I just am not sure how or
if it is possible to retrieve my emails from work or a friends computer if
all they have is general internet access? Thank you, in advance for your
help.

Your ISP must provide web access to your email--most do. You cannot use
someone else's Outlook. You can also use a free web site like E-mailanywhere
if you don't mind the security risk. http://www.e-mailanywhere.com/

in outlook go to tools then options. click on 'mail format' tab. then in the
middle of the box click on fonts. In the box that now pops choose the top
button to 'choose font' it is for composing a new message. After you click
that it pops up another box for you to select the default font and size you
want. In the lower left corner of this box make sure 'color' is set to
'auto' and especially not white!
