I have been having problems lately with my multi-line signature lines (name,
address, phone numbers, etc.) automatically double spacing the lines in
replies to emails from others.

Now with this last update, it double line spaces all the time, and now I see
no formatting option to even change it manually.

Please help, as this does not look professional and I see no way to fix it--

I have not changed my "signature" from prior setup, and even when I try to
redo it, it converts the single line-spaced signature and double spaces it
on the emails.

If you are using Word as your editor, Insert a line break (Shift+Enter)
instead of (Enter) at the end of each line of your signature.

Hi,
If you are designing your signature in Word, make sure that you press
SHIFT+ENTER at the end of each line of text. If you press only ENTER, Outlook
inserts your signature so that the recipient sees your signature in
double-spaced format.

Close the advanced editor, making sure that you click Yes to save your
changes
