Outlook Express/Windows XP Home - Extra Attachment in sent items

With Windows XP Home, running Outlook Express...why is their an extra
attachment within my sent items?
How do I shut that off? When I click on the attachment within my sent
items, it opens a browser of my e-mail that I just sent. I sure would like
to turn this feature off. Attachment has the IE icon...AT00000.HTM
