How to change the display name

Whenever I am sending mails to others my entire email id is displaying in the
recipient inbox.

I want to change my display name in the recipient inbox. How to do that?

What account type and version of Outlook are you using?

In the properties of the mail account you are using.
You will not be hiding your email address, however.

Then you must contact your Exchange administrator to change your
displayname. This is centrally managed in an Exchange environment.
