You should be able to access them here: Tools menu > Options > Mail Format

In Outlook go to Tools  Options Mail Format tab. At the bottom of that tab
hit the SIGNATURES button. Then choose the signature you’re editing and hit
EDIT

While the other posts mention how to change the signature recorded when
Outlook is the e-mail composer, perhaps you are using Word. If so, ask in a
Word newsgroup on how to setup and modify signatures in that program.

Bri, i followed your admirably clear advice to total failure. Similarly, I
followed
advice from Outlook when I clicked help: Outlook said to open Word and go
Tools>Options>General>E-mail Options>E-mail Signature and then edit the
thing. total failure again. All I want to do is change type size to 12 from
10. It won't happen.
I thought maybe I was closing incorrectly, so I tried OK'ing my change, as
usual, and back out by OK'ing each previous panel. No good. Tried by backing
out via Canceling each panel--no good. I've just tried again. This time,
after selecting 12 I comfirmed
that 12 was reflected in the box immediately aboe. Then I OK'd and back up
one panel to the Edit Sig panel, which I clicked on Font and saw 12 indicated
for size. Clicked OK and backed out. Clicked NEW to start an e-mail--and sig
is still 10 points.

I apologize for laying this one you. I tried to start a new thread by
clicking on NEW and then Question--but saw no panel in which to actually
write the post. I find the overall opacity of Microsoft tremendously
frustrating.

What version of Outlook are you using?

Bri's advice is correct but sometimes the steps differ slightly between
versions.

Tools > Options > Mail format. Click on the Signature Picker button.
Highlight the signature you wish to change. Click the Edit button. The Edit
Signature window will open. Highlight the signature and click on Font to
alter the size. Click OK. Then click OK on the Signature Picker. Then click
OK on the Options window.

Open a new email to see the edited signature.
