How do I force Outlook to be the default mail handler.
The option is not on Tools...Options...Other tab

I have uninstalled Express and Outlook and then re-installed Outlook.

When another package wants to use the mail handler, e.g. E-mail merge in
Word, it tells me there is NO default mail handler.

When Express is reloaded, it becomes the default handler.

Internet Options/Programs
If you 'really' uninstalled OE you may have damaged your win/OL installation
as both share certain files with OE

I did use the Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, Windows Components so if
this did not work properly then the boys at Microsoft are at fault for giving
me the option !
