Is this a trick question? Are you asking about mail you sent that is not in
your sent items? Are you asking about mail you sent that didn't get to the
recipient?
Please use the subject to state a brief problem. Use the body of the email
to explain the details of your problem, including the following:
Version of Outlook
Type of mail account
Any error messages, in their entirety
Your operating system
Whether or not Outlook ever worked before
Any troubleshooting steps you've already taken so you're not told to
duplicate your work
