Outlook business contact manager

Is there a group for this?
If not, where are the datafiles located for the business manager. I need to
back them up because Outlook locks up everytime I try to get in and I need
to uninstall and reinstall, but I would like to be able to save my data for
business manager.
Anyone know what to look for?

Hi Anne,

Please refer to the steps below for backing up and restoring your BCM data.


Backup your data of BCM (Business Contacts Manager)
=======================================
If you install Business Contacts Manager (BCM), you can perform the following steps to backup your data of BCM. Start your Outlook and BCM.

1. Select File -> Import and Export -> Business Contact Manager.
2. Select Import a file and click Next.
3. Select Comma Separated Values(.csv),click Next.
4. Browse for the file under File to Export.
5. Check the csv file under Export data, choose appropriate destination and click Next.
6. Click Finish to Export your data.

After you backup the all data, you can copy them to your new computer.


Restore your data of BCM (Business Contacts Manager)
=======================================
If you install Business Contacts Manager (BCM), you can perform the following steps to restore your data of BCM. Start your Outlook and BCM.

1. Select File -> Import and Export -> Business Contact Manager.
2. Select Import a file and click Next.
3. Select Comma Separated Values(.csv),click Next.
4. Browse for the file under File to Import, Choose Don't import duplicates.
5. Check the csv file under import data, choose appropriate destination and click Next.
6. Click Finish to import your data.
