With Outlook 2003, I have contacts that I would like to include in more than
one category because I send out different emails to different groups. For
example I have one category - Executive Committee, and another - Board of
Directors. For some of the contacts I would like to include them in each
category. Is this possible?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Sincerely, Michael Colvin

Yes, you can mark any Outlook item with multiple categories.

You can assign as many categories to a Contact as you wish. What made you
think you couldn't?

Thank you very much for your response. I was afraid that was a simple
question, but when I tried setting up EC,BD for a contact, for some reason it
assigned that as a separate category. We've been having a heat wave in the
San Francisco Bay Area and I was out in the sun too long. Thanks again.
