Changing Default Calendar View in 2007

I like to view my calendar three weeks at a time so that I can see all of the
appointments listed each day, rather than an arrow pointing down indicating
there are more that day.

Two questions:

1) How can I create a new 3-week view?
2) How can I set the new view as the default?

I can select a three-week view from the navigator calendar by highlighting
the three weeks I want to view, but when I click on Mail and then come back
to the Calendar, it's on the original view again.
